I'm new to cigars( just started this year). Your YouTube channel has been a big help in my search for brands and tastes to start with. I was lucky enough to find San Cristobal Elegancia fairly early in my search and enjoy those. So my first box of cigars ever purchased were those, from Holt's. As an added bonus you were including the S.C. ashtray AND lighter for free with the purchase! Win, win! A good price with great customer service and quick delivery, what more can a customer ask for? I’m fairly new to cigars, but have been watching the Holt’s YouTube channel for a while. I decided to take the plunge and try cigars thinking it would be similar to pipe smoking. The Holt’s team offered great advice on beginner friendly cigars. I joined their Cigar of the Month Club for June and could not have been happier with the offerings. I highly recommend giving them a chance if you’re remotely interested in trying cigars. They have earned a regular customer.
Recent purchase...
I recently purchased a large Savoy Mesquite Humidor for my son's 30th birthday. Although I haven't personally seen it yet, he was very pleased with the gift. When I ordered it, I accidentally entered an incorrect address as the "ship to" address. I called customer service the next day to let them know and they were able to correct it prior to shipping. The Holt's customer service experience was a pleasure! Jackie (Customer Service Manager) couldn't have been better! Thank you Holt's and Thank you Jackie!

I have been following Holt's for a while on YouTube and gained very good knowledge about cigars and has helped me as a beginner. Customer Service really cares which is rare.
